These terms govern use of QuantMatrix Link Health for Confluence (the “App”), provided by QuantMatrix, operated by Rafael Haddad.
You may use the App only on Atlassian sites for which you have authorization. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your organization's policies and applicable law.
The App provides read-only analysis of accessible Confluence content to identify internal-link health, unresolved destinations and structural orphan candidates. Findings are diagnostic signals and may be affected by permissions, restricted content or changes in Atlassian APIs.
If the App is offered as a paid Marketplace app, licensing, trials, billing, renewals and refunds are handled through the Atlassian Marketplace according to the applicable Atlassian terms and Marketplace purchase process.
The current version of the App does not edit, delete or publish Confluence pages as part of a scan.
The App may be updated to improve security, compatibility or functionality. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantMatrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Any mandatory liability that cannot be excluded remains unaffected.
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it or ending the applicable Marketplace subscription. Data retained by Atlassian Forge after uninstall follows Atlassian's platform data lifecycle.
